We never needed to contact an heir search firm prior to our contact with IGS. Mr. Craig had retained a pamphlet about IGS he obtained from somewhere that he does not recall. Based on that information, we searched online and obtained additional information about IGS and researched other heir search firms. We chose IGS because of the guarantee to locate or no fee since the search can be very costly and our initial conversations with you, Indy, who convinced us that IGS would indeed confirm that the individual we were looking for was the individual that was located.

Our expectations of a successful search were realized in a relatively short time. We were satisfied that the subject of the search was the actual person we were looking for, but unfortunately that individual was found to be deceased. However, it served our purposes very well and the court was satisfied with the documentation provided.

We were in contact with IGS personnel at various times during the search either to update us on the progress or questions concerning the family. We were very pleased with the service and the result and would not hesitate to contact IGS if the need arises again in the future or refer anyone to IGS if the occasion arises.
