Carlos Berea, General Manager
Carlos has been our company's General Manager for more than 2 years and his main roles have been in Business Administration and Marketing. Carlos' main objective is to ensure that our customers always receive the best service possible and to ensure that their experience of hiring IGS to conduct heir searches exceeds expectations.
Laureen Andreas, Research Manager
With 16 years of experience Laureen is a professional manager who has extensive experience in research, operations oversight, teaching and training. Her goal is to coordinate our team of Research experts to ensure that our customers receive heir search solutions that resolve their needs.
Karen Hansson, Operations Supervisor
Karen has been an outstanding member of the IGS Leadership team since 2006 and effectively oversees our Operations Department, including systems oversight, invoicing, and marketing. Karen’s ultimate commitment to our clients is to achieve satisfaction for quality heir research and she works tirelessly with her staff to ensure just that.
Senior Research Team
Taylor Addams
Taylor is a valued member of our Senior Research team at International Genealogical Search Inc. Prior to joining IGS, Taylor completed her Honors Diploma “Protection and Investigation Officer” – Robertson College. With more than nine years dedicated forensic genealogical research and over 700 completed case files, Taylor is one of our most experienced experts.
Janie Collins
Janie is a dedicated Senior Researcher and Trainer for IGS and has been employed at IGS as a Forensic Genealogical Researcher since 2003. She has been responsible for identifying and locating the current whereabouts of missing individuals and for identifying, locating, proving and reporting the potential heirs of Estates & Trusts, based on our Lineal and Generational searches.
Cathy Fletcher, CRRS
Cathy was certified in 1997 as a Genealogical Records Specialist and has been a dedicated researcher at IGS for over 22 years. Cathy was Research Manager for 8 years, supervising a team of 25, before returning to her true passion, researching cases. Cathy has personally researched and resolved over 1000 estate related cases.
Veronica Medina
After a decade of experience at IGS, Veronica stands out as a premier expert in forensic genealogical research. Veronica has personally researched over 780 cases and her fluency in English and Spanish have enabled her to solve cases in North America and world wide.
Dorothy Wood
Dorothy has been employed at IGS as a forensic genealogical researcher since 2000 and provides supervisory leadership to the research department. She researched and resolved over 450 cases for Estates, Trusts and Property Matters.I always appreciate the excellent assistance that IGS gives us with the missing heirs!
