Tim is the company director and has been president from inception, more than 40 years ago. When he originally coined the IGS slogan: WE FIND MISSING HEIRS A BETTER WAY® to him it meant that IGS fees were always reasonable and never based on a percentage of the heir's inheritance. The company's commitment to the BETTER WAY philosophy has made IGS the premiere non-percentage based heir tracing firm in the industry.

Kenneth H. Healey, CA – Executive Vice President & CFO

CFO with IGS since 1996, Ken brings to IGS the necessary financial and accounting insight required in a growing enterprise. Ken is a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants and is well versed in international accounting and tax disciplines.

Suzanne Simpson, VP Business Development

Working with IGS for more than 15 years in various Sales, Marketing and Management positions, Suzanne brings experience along with a passion for the "Better Way" of finding missing heirs to IGS business development. The thousands of clients that repeatedly use and refer IGS heir search services, is testament to Suzanne's primary focus and the company's main objective: To advance heir search industry awareness and the IGS "Better Way" to Probate Attorneys and Trust Officers both nationally and internationally.

D. Randall (Randy) White, Vice President

Randy brings more than 25 years of tracing and heir-search experience to the table, all with IGS. As a company Vice President, that invaluable experience enables Randy to contribute to corporate growth while remaining true to the core “BETTER WAY” principles of the company.

Barbara Tuomisto, Sales Manager

Barbara, with more than 10 years sales experience at IGS, is well known to many of our clients throughout the USA and Canada as the consummate sales professional. As Sales Manager, Barbara ensures that each IGS representative dealing with our new and repeat clientele always, without exception, provides the IGS “BETTER WAY” service for which IGS is known.

Laureen Andreas, Research Manager

With 16 years of experience, Laureen is a professional manager with extensive knowledge in research, operations oversight, teaching and training. Her goal is to coordinate the IGS team of Research experts to ensure that our clients receive prompt and efficient search solutions to resolve their needs.
